I. General

Before we start

> Fiverr buyer should follow the rules on fiverr.

> All payments outside fiverr are to be made in full and upfront in USD via Paypal or using cryptocurrency, unless otherwise specified.

> Once an invoice has been sent, the payment must be submitted within 3 days. The commission will be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified.

> After discussing with us for the detail of the project, payment for invoices would be made and payment must made by the within 3 days with a screenshot of prove. Failure to do so will result in the termination of commission.

During Commssion

> For every project, we follow the same process of work :
1. Provide coloured sketches (with watermark)
2. Ask for approval and revisions.
3. Proceed to finalise the artwork.
4. Deliver finalised render with watermark.
5. Ask for approval and revisions.
6. Deliver final file.

5a. Proceed to rigging.

* Once the project passes step 2, we do not accept any "GO BACK" revisions with any reasons. Meaning that, we would not revise the any part of the artwork that has been approved. Client might need to pay extra for any revisions like that.

> Studio Nekoyama would contact the client via telegram / Email / Discord / Fiverr to report the progress check.

> Client should remain communicative throughout the process to ensure that progress can be completed before deliverable date. If the client provide a non-communicative stand within the duration of 10 days, the project will be terminated with no refunds.

> The client will be responsible to make extra payments for revisions that are beyond the scope of the original commission that has been mutually agreed on.

After Commssion

> Client must properly identify Studio Nekoyama as the creators of the commission (by crediting Studio Nekoyama in social media descriptions).

> Studio Nekoyama reserves the right to display the commission in their portfolio unless confidentiality is requested for a certain period of time. ( unless otherwise specified )

> The commission would be closed 7 days after the mutual approval of the final deliver. Any additional revisions requested during the 7 days will be considered by our team.

Why should I commission Studio NEKOYAMA?

We specialize in Vtuber model creation and custom illustrations, offering high-quality results at budget-friendly prices. And we have created more than 500 Vtuber Models in recent years, we have a team of experienced artists and riggers at your service.

How do I start a project with Studio NEKOYAMA?

Is there any form to fill in for commissions?

Once you placed the order, a requirement list would be sent for you to fill in.

II. Price and payments

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing is detailed in our

Price List

section. If you have a specific project in mind, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, crypto currencies, or you can place your order on our Fiverr and VGen page.

Do you offer payment plans?

We prefer all payments are made in full upfront,
but for clients with special needs, we do offer a two-part payment plan:
‍50% upfront to place the order
‍50% before rigging begins

III. Packages and services

What’s included in a Vtuber model package?

Our Vtuber packages typically include a fully rigged model, optional poses and expression toggles, and custom designs tailored to your specifications.

Can I request a certain artist and rigger for my model?

Studio Nekoyama assign the artists and riggers according to the branches based on their availability and their specialities. Client whom would wants to select specific artists or riggers may incur additional fees and longer wait times.

Do you offer art only or rig only commissions?

We currently don’t accept art-only or rig-only commissions, as we focus on providing complete art + rig packages to ensure the best quality and consistency.

Is the showcase video included in any of the packages?

Our showcase videos are designed to promote our services and provide a reference for each tier. Please note that these videos are not included in any of our packages. We’d also like to share that, due to our limited resources, we have only ONE team member (who also handles other administrative tasks) responsible for creating showcase videos and designs. This makes it impossible for us to create a showcase for every model we produce. Models featured in our showcases are selected randomly based on the availability of that team member. As creators, we want to emphasize that we do not have any favorites as every model is a product of our time, effort, and dedication, and we value each creation equally.

What is the outfit design sheet in the PRO packages?

Outfit design sheet is an optional item that is made by our costume designer to help the actual artist to have a better idea on the design, it is not extra outfit or character sheet. It is made depends if the PRO artist needs one.

How long does it take to create a Vtuber model?

Do you offer fast delivery?

NO, we don't.

What happens after I place the order?

Our project manager would be communicating with you on your preferred platform as a bridge between you and the assigned artist and rigger for updates and feedbacks.

Can I request revisions on my Vtuber model?

Yes! We offer revisions during the design and rigging phases. Please check our process of work on our

What if I want to cancel my project?

What software do you use for Vtuber models?

We primarily use Live2D for rigging.

Are the models here free to use or are they for sale?

NO, they are not free to use and they are not pre-mades. They are our previous works for our clients.

Do you sell the PSD or CMO3 files?

NO, we don't sell or deliver PSD or CMO3 files.

When is *certain artist or rigger* available again?

We don't recommend waiting, as we have no set date for the queue to open again, and slots tend to fill up quickly once they do. If you do intend to wait for a certain artist or rigger to open again, stay tuned on our Twitter.

Can I come back for future add-ons? such as new outfit and hair styles?

Yes, you are welcome to return for future updates. However, please be advised that while we will retain a copy of the source files, we cannot guarantee the availability of future updates due to unforeseen circumstances.
